Strategic and Collaboration Planning

Biomedical research organizations, more than ever are being challenged to collaborate more and more.  Yet one of the biggest barriers to collaboration is that a number of potentially fruitful connections between departments, researchers, or institutions go largely unnoticed. Identifying these unforseen scientific collaborations can take a large amount of time.  One of the biggest risks for any collaboration is the lack of action despite the presence of good intentions.  This is where BioSci Consulting’s scientific coordination process provides added value to existing or newly forming collaborations.  Through a process of identification of potential collaboration between institutions or departments within an institution a big picture strategic plan will be created for bolstering collaboration.  In addition, BioSci Consulting will work with institutions to implement collaboration fostering processes that work to minimize competition.

"Reduce your plan to writing.  The moment you complete this you will have definitely given concrete form to intangible desire."
