Please check all the WPs you are involved in and those which you plan to attend the WP meeting during the organizational meeting. * please note that we probably will have to have simultaneous sessions - so if you are involved in multiple work packages please consider have others from your center attend in order to assure representation in all WPs. However, we probably will have a dedicated WP 3 meeting and either will not have a WP 2 meeting or combine it with the dedicated WP 3 meeting.

We have a limited number of rooms immediaely adjacent to the meeting the others are within walking distance. The rooms next to the site will be assigned to those who register first - so register early.
